Welcome to rigitiX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By using rigitiX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any breach of security.
• One person may only maintain one account.

2. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

All ticket sales through rigitiX are subject to the following:

• rigitiX is a platform and is not responsible for event cancellations or modifications unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer unless the event is canceled.
• Transaction fees are generally non-refundable.

3. RXP Points & Rewards

Our reward system allows you to earn points through various activities. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold unless specifically allowed by rigitiX.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use rigitiX for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In the use of rigitiX, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall rigitiX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
