General Questions

rigitiX is a comprehensive event management and ticketing platform that connects organizers, attendees, promoters, and vendors. We offer powerful tools for selling tickets, managing check-ins, tracking analytics, and rewarding users with our built-in loyalty system, RXP.
Simply click the "Get Started" button in the top right corner of the navigation bar. You can register using your email address, or via social login options like Google and Apple for quick access.
RXP stands for RigitiX Points. It is our loyalty reward system. You can earn RXP by attending events, promoting events, or participating in the platform. These points can later be redeemed for special perks, discounts, or exclusive access.

For Organizers

After registering and logging in, go to your Dashboard and select "Switch to Organizer Role" if you haven't already. Then click "Create New Event" and follow the simple step-by-step setup wizard to add your event details, ticket types, and publishing settings.
Payments are processed transparently. Depending on the payment method used by attendees (Paystack, etc.) and your account configuration, funds balance will reflect in your Organizer dashboard under "Finance". You can request a withdrawal to your registered bank account directly from there.
