Find your event

Go to rigitix.com/events or follow a direct link from your favorite promoter or organizer's social page.

Hit 'Buy Tickets'

Once on the event page, tap the prominent orange 'Buy Tickets' button. It's usually right at the top or bottom of your screen.

Choose your tickets

Select the ticket type you want (Regular, VIP, Table) and use the plus + button to choose how many you need.

Enter your details

Fill in your name and email.

Simple Payment

Pay securely via Paystack (Card, Transfer, USSD) or use Crypto. Your session is protected with bank-grade security.

Get your tickets

Done! Your tickets will appear instantly. Download them as a PDF, or check your email—we've sent a copy there too. You can also find them in your My Tickets section if you're logged in.

Common Fixes

Didn't receive email?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it's still not there, you can retrieve your tickets anytime at rigitix.com/retrieve-ticket.

Payment failed?

Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online transactions. If 'Transfer' fails, try using the 'USSD' option for faster confirmation.

Session timed out?

For popular events, sessions may time out if not completed quickly. Just refresh the page and start again—your spot isn't reserved until the payment is confirmed.

Technical Glitch?

Try clearing your browser cache or switching to Incognito/Private mode. Most issues are caused by old cookies from other sites.
